NOT REGISTRED ? DO IT HERE

1 STEP - LOGIN TO SYSTEM
To login into system, hit button and enter your login name & password.
2 STEP - MAKE a WEB CALL (no SIP equipment)
Hit Make a CALL first

Enter your phone number and destination phone number, hit CONTINUE button and CONFIRM if
you agreed with prices. The system calls to your ordinary phone (save on connection fee!) and
automatically connects you to your destination phone. When you hang up your phone you will
hear silence for a couple of seconds, do not panic, it is normal.
Typically, the system picks the
lowest price from the market. If route quality is not satisfied then go to step 6

2 STEP - MAKE a CALL (for SIP equipment)
To make any call from a VoIP phone please dial

COUNTRY CODE + CITY CODE + PHONE NUMBER

Do not dial 0011 first. Do not enter " + " as shown above, it is just for example

For dialing to SIP users, please dial only SIP number!
3 STEP - TUNE UP CALL ROUTE

Generally, the system makes a connection by picking the lowest connection price from the exchange. If you are not
satisfied with the quality of a call you can tune up a route manually.

Number of attempts (not successful calls)
4)
ACD Average Call Duration ( the higher - the better)
